Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Yes. Pia Yuli designs are handcrafted in our atelier. Each piece is carefully made and not mass-produced. For this reason, every jewel may carry subtle variations — and that’s what makes it truly personal and one of a kind.
What materials do you use? Will the jewelry tarnish?
We use 18K and 22K gold plating, bronze, brass, precious and semi-precious gemstones, natural stones, and Swarovski crystals. Tarnishing depends on usage. When not in use, we recommend storing your jewelry in a pouch — ideally a velvet one.
Within two years, you can contact us for complimentary cleaning and re-plating; we will return your jewelry looking as good as new.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days. Custom designs may take up to 10 days. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
All orders are prepared with care. Sending directly to the recipient? Leave a note at checkout, and we’ll tailor the packaging accordingly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unused items in their original packaging and accompanied by their certificate can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. We provide a free return code. Once the items have been inspected, refunds are processed immediately and will appear in your account within 10 days.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Contact us. Suitable designs are resizable for a perfect fit.
